We accept payment in Cash/Debit cards/Credit Cards/Paytm/UPI upon Delivery of garments back to the Customer.
You can estimate the bill payment at the time of handing over your garments to the Pickup Rider.
The exact bill amount will be informed to the customer via SMS or Email after garments are received at the Processing Centre.
The Invoice will be sent on email and also handed over to the customer at the time of delivery.
We provide Online Payment Option and the process is available on the website.
All advance bill payments must be recorded in the Pickup Slip and signed by our Pickup Rider.
The bill amount would be automatically deducted from the wallet balance if not specified at the time of pickup.
Bookings Related
We are available from 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week.
You can schedule a pickup and delivery time through our website, or by calling us.
You need to provide your Name, Mobile Number, Address, Pickup/Delivery Date & Time Slot.
Our Rider will be at your doorstep at the selected time slot. However, we do not guarantee it.
You need to count/weight your clothes at the pick up time and confirm it on the pickup slip you will get from our Rider.
The garments will be delivered on the scheduled date & time mentioned on the Pickup Slip. However, we take no guarantee of it. Kleanex Services LLP is not responsible for any delay caused due to customer’s unavailability or lack of communication.
We inspect each garment at the time of pickup and after we receive them at our warehouse and notify if any damage is observed. However, we don't take guarantee that every damage will be identified before processing.
Kleanex Services LLP may or may not call you before delivery. If you want us to call you before delivering, please notify our Rider during the Pickup.
Any special instruction or information that has to be provided to our Pickup Rider must be mentioned on the Pickup Slip provided to you in the remarks section.
We do not accept any item that is not to be processed.
All items which can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately.
All garments to be counted/weighted and handed over to Kleanex Services LLP Rider. Similarly, the counting of the garments has to be done during delivery. No claims for garment loss or misplace will be entertained if any mismatch is reported after 24 Hours of taking the delivery.
For any loss/damage of garment, the compensation amount shall not be greater than 10 times the cost of processing that garment or INR 1000, whichever is least would be considered as the compensation for the loss/damage. This is to standardize the amount for garments of different brands. No cash/digital payment request of the compensation amount would be entertained, only the compensation amount would be added in customer’s wallet which can be used in future orders.
We don’t take guarantee of color bleed in the laundry. You are advised not to give clothes that may bleed the color in the laundry. However, you may give it to dry-clean.
The rates of the services are subject to change without prior notice.
Any issue with respect to Quality has to be informed to us within 24 hours of Delivery of garments.
Cancellations Related
For canceling your scheduled pickup, you need to call us and report. Cancellation is not chargeable as long as the pick up Rider has not left our centre to pick up your garments. Otherwise, the customer may have to pay conveyance charges. We suggest you to inform us for any order cancellation or change in scheduled pickup timing atleast 3 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Kleanex Services LLP advises its users that while accessing the web site, they must follow/abide by the related laws. Kleanex Services LLP is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behavior during the use of the website. Kleanex Services LLP may, in its sole discretion, refuse the service to anyone at any time.
USER(S) AGREEMENT

Kleanex Services LLP reserves the right to collect user data including name, contact information, and other details to facilitate services or use of its platform to avail services. All information collected from the user is on a bonafide basis. Misuse and misrepresentation of user identity or contact information will lead to automated termination of services or the use of the platform without prior notice to such users.
User accounts bearing contact numbers and email IDs are created and owned by Kleanex Services LLP.
In the case where the system is unable to create the unique identity of the user against a valid mobile number or e-mail ID, the account shall be indefinitely suspended. Kleanex Services LLP reserves the full discretion to suspend a user's account in the above event and does not have the liability to share any account information whatsoever.
